Agent of the Year!

Danielle would have to be a star candidate for agent of the year. I have never seen an agent provide so much support to a seller, while also maintaining excellent communication with me as the buyer. The sale was tricky but Danielle helped her seller all the way through, and even helped clear the property during the settlement phase. As the buyer, Danielle was one of the best I have dealt with - always available to answer any questions. Can't rate her highly enough.

Invaluable Assistance

This is the third property I’ve sold through Danielle & Ken at K&D Properties. I decided to sell this third house as the previous tenants had left the property in a pretty rough state, but I was heading overseas, so Danielle & Ken provided invaluable project management assistance to get everything sale ready! It sold in a week of being on the market and I was very happy with the sale price. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Thanks so much Danielle & Ken!

Above & Beyond

Above and beyond service compared to anything we have experienced with past sales. We heeded Danielle’s expert advice and knowledge on marketing the property and are very happy with the result. We were overseas for much of the sale period and Danielle and her team provided such wonderful assistance to ensure the property presented at its best. I couldn't recommend Danielle more highly

I've sold two properties through Danielle now, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She sold this second property off market, using enquiries from the first sale, which saved me marketing costs. Danielle was amazing - I would recommend her 100%

Danielle Brown is very professional, personable, genuine, honest, and a great communicator. It has been such a pleasure to work with her. The fact that I live in New Zealand and was selling a house in Brisbane was no problem at all with Danielle. Even when the situation became even more complicated Danielle was amazing. I would recommend her 100%. She went way beyond the call of duty, and I would now count her as a friend.
